It's Monday morning. You know AI should be helping. You're just not sure where or how.
What a better Monday looks like
Now
- Minutes from Friday's meeting still not written
- Twelve quote requests sitting in the inbox
- Paying for three AI tools nobody opens
- The team asking "are we allowed to use this?"
After
- Minutes drafted before you've finished your coffee
- Quote replies drafted, ready for you to check
- One tool, set up properly, actually used
- A one-page AI policy everyone understands
Typical examples, not promises. The call tells you which apply to you.
The questions owners ask us most
No jargon, no sales pitch. Open one.
01Where do I even start?
Not with a tool. Start with the jobs that eat your week: quoting, chasing, admin, the inbox. Once you can see where the hours go, it's clear which ones AI can actually take off your plate, and which it can't.

02Which AI tool should I actually pay for?
Probably fewer than you think. Most small teams need one assistant used well, not five subscriptions used badly. The right one depends on what you already use: Microsoft, Google, your job software.

03Will my team actually use it?
Only if it saves them time on Monday, not just in the training room. Your team learns on their own work (their emails, documents and meetings) so it sticks.
What fitsWorkshops & Training →
04Is it safe to put our information into AI?
It can be, with a few clear rules: what never goes in, which settings to change, who checks the output. Your team gets these in plain English.

05The diary depends on whoever walks in.
Lab13AI offers the AI Lead Generation Agent Office as a service. We start with an Enquiry Check, then hand you a ready-to-run campaign pack and the reporting that shows what's bringing meetings into your diary. The 30-day trial is £500.

06We tried ChatGPT and it didn't stick. Now what?
That's normal. It usually means nobody tied it to a real weekly job. Pick two tasks, set them up properly and check them in a month.

07Should I be making videos? What would anyone watch?
Before you film anything, find out what your buyers already search for and watch on YouTube. Then you're making the videos they're looking for, not guessing.

08What does this cost, and what if it doesn't work?
Audit, workshops, the AI Lead Generation Agent Office, and Find what your buyers already watch before you film anything have a fixed price on the page, agreed before any work starts. A bespoke build is priced in writing before it starts, because the job sets the fee. Everything is remote, so you do not pay for travel days.

Questions about working together
Is everything remote?
Yes. Calls, audits, and training happen over video. The studio is in the UK. YouTube research works wherever you are.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send an email, click a button on a screen and type into a box, you can use what we set up.
Which tools do you work with?
Most AI tools you may have heard of and some you may not: Grok Bot, Cursor, OpenMausBot, Hugging Face, Claude, ChatGPT, Hermes and Gemini, usually on the latest versions of their models. If your team runs on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we work alongside those too, so you do not have to switch.
How quickly can we start?
You get a start date on the call.
