SitePin is built. It is a phone app for a person appointed to carry out site observations on behalf of a main contractor on live UK sites.
You open a job, keep current drawings and docs on the phone, capture observations and issues, mark up PDFs, and make an inspection report. It works offline. Data stays on the phone until you choose to save a copy.

Someone appointed to walk the site on behalf of a main contractor, record what they see, pin issues to drawings, and leave with a report - without opening Word on a laptop or waiting for a signal.
